Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pretzels, crushed
- 1 cup M&M candies
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Stir in the vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined
Fold in the crushed pretzels and M&M candies, distributing them evenly throughout the dough
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form 1-inch 2
5 cm balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet
Gently press down on each cookie with a fork to create a crisscross pattern
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
