Ingredients:
- 2 medium beets, roasted and sliced
- 2 blood oranges, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey

- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions:
To make honeyed yogurt, put Greek yogurt and honey in a bowl and mix them together
