Ingredients:
- 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Optional: kiwi slices for garnish
Instructions:
In a blender, combine diced kiwis, coconut water, and lime juice
Blend until smooth
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top
If desired, place a slice of kiwi into each mold for garnish
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid
To release the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds
