Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs beef short ribs, cut across the bone into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, water, rice vinegar, sesame oil, mirin, garlic, ginger, green onions, sesame seeds, and black pepper

Place beef short ribs in the slow cooker
