Minions Popcorn Snack Mix

A fun and vibrant popcorn snack mix with a combination of sweet and salty flavors that was inspired by Minions. Ideal for themed parties or movie evenings

Ingredients:

• 8 cups popcorn, popped
• 2 cups pretzel sticks
• 1 cup yellow candy melts
• 1/2 cup blue candy melts
• 1/2 cup banana candies
• 1/2 cup blueberry candies
• 1/2 cup edible googly eyes

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine popcorn and pretzel sticks

Melt yellow candy melts according to package instructions

Drizzle melted yellow candy over the popcorn and pretzels, tossing to coat evenly

Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and set

Melt blue candy melts and drizzle over the popcorn mixture

Sprinkle banana candies, blueberry candies, and edible googly eyes over the popcorn mix

Allow the mixture to set completely before breaking it into clusters
